trying to overhaul your entire lifestyle overnight will only lead to frustration - it is unrealistic and not sustainable.
the key to successful habit change is to start small and focus on one goal that you know you can accomplish. this will help build some momentum and confidence for some of the bigger and more challenging goals.
for example, if your goal is to incorporate more cardio into your fitness regime, then start with a ten-minute morning walk. just ten minutes, not an hour. when you are consistently walking those ten minutes every morning, then start to slowly build up more minutes.
small changes over time adds up to long-lasting big changes.
