Tracy Christensen

Meet Tracy Christensen, a licensed acupuncturist and herbologist.
In her clinical practice, Tracy utilizes all aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including acupuncture, herbal medicine, tui na, cupping, e-stim, and moxibustion. TCM techniques allow the body to restore balance and harmony, thus achieving optimal function. While Western medicine is often reductionistic in approach, TCM views the body as a whole. Diagnosis is based on the conceptual framework of yin and yang, and the interconnectedness of the organ systems. One of the strengths of TCM is in the way it focuses treatment to address the underlying cause of the disease and disharmony.

Tracy has experience treating a wide variety of conditions, including musculo-skeletal, digestive and gastrointestinal diseases, autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders, hormonal imbalances, drug and alcohol addiction, and mental health conditions. She also has a special interest in lifestyle modification, focusing on plant-based nutrition and therapeutic exercise.

After earning her BA in Psychology from University of CA in San Diego and a Master's degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 1999, Tracy attended the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan, PRC and completed the advanced study program.

Tracy encourages her patients to be educated and active participants in their healthcare plan, ensuring long-term results and a better understanding of how to maintain health and well being.
Shauna Dutton
Meet Shauna Dutton, owner of Health Habits Fitness & Massage, a licensed massage therapist, and a certified personal trainer.
Shauna’s massage therapy techniques focus on massaging the body’s soft tissues and joints to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction and relieve tension related aches. Additionally, the techniques are designed to increase blood flow and nutrient supply to the tissues and dilate blood vessels to improve overall circulation and relieve congestion throughout the body. Shauna’s approach also promotes increased joint flexibility and range of motion, with possible improvements to overall posture by lengthening chronically tight muscles.
Shauna has been certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) since 1996. She also earned her LaStone Therapy training certification in 2000 and began offering hot stone massage and full hot stone therapy.
