40-minute interval training on Schwinn stationary bikes using various heart rate ranges to improve overall aerobic capacity and promote weight loss. The program is easily modified to adapt to all levels of fitness.

Circuit-style strength training utilizing free weights, stability balls, tubing, balance apparatus and various other equipment to promote overall conditioning and core strength training. Designed to be monitored by a personal trainer, but the expense is less due to multiple participants. Minimum of 5 class members. Contact us for space availability.
