Bodybuilding & Figure Fitness Competitions
Shauna Dutton takes 1st place in the Women's Pro Division of the Grand Teton Invitational Bodybuilding competition held April 18, 2009 in Idaho Falls.
One of our goals is to spread education and awareness in the community to promote the sport of bodybuilding and figure fitness competition as positive, drug-free solutions for people of all ages and interests. We sponsored the 3rd Annual Health Habits NGA Body Building & Figure Fitness Competition on September 15, 2007 at the University of Montana Theater in Missoula, Montana.

Bodybuilding
Shauna is from Missoula, Montana, where she is co-owner of Health Habits Personal Training and Massage. She has been bodybuilding since 2000, and has competed as a professional for 3 years after winning the Seattle Supernatural in 2003.
In 2006 she set the Montana power lifting state record in the bench press, and competed at the national level in softball. She is proud to be drug-free.
Shauna also enjoys African drumming, a long list of sports, and her dogs. She is blessed with a great family—Life is Good!
