Shauna and Nancy are certified Massage Therapists and Fitness Trainers.
One of our goals is to spread education and awareness in the community to promote the sport of bodybuilding and fitness competition as a positive, drug-free solution for people of all ages and interests.
Whether clients need to lose fat, find strength to make it through the day, or just burn off steam, the Health Habits staff want to be there to support and energize them.

Shauna has been bodybuilding since 2000, and has competed as a professional since winning the Seattle Supernatural. She has performed several guest posing routines at such events as the 2004 "All Natural" Body Building, Fitness & Figure Competition sponsored by the World Federation of Natural Athletes (WFNA).

Shauna set the Montana powerlifting state record in the bench press, and has competed at the national level in softball. She is proud to be drug-free. Shauna also enjoys African drumming, a long list of sports, and her dogs.
Health Habits is taking strides to incorporate its philosophy of overall health and wellness into the fun and encouragement of drug-free bodybuilding.

The third annual NGA Health Habits Body Building, Fitness and Figure Competition will be held in Missoula, Montana on September 15, 2007.
For Shauna, bodybuilding was once just a secret, very intimidating dream, so she has many people to thank for helping her to achieve her ever-changing goals. In 2000 she attended her first drug-free bodybuilding show to watch a friend compete. At that show she was inspired by a contestant who is now her workout partner, and she met another competitor who became her mentor and coach. She has gained some lifelong friends in the active pursuit of her goals.
